TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read all terms of service before purchasing my art services.

DISCLAIMER

•By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read them carefully to make sure we will be on the same page when working together.
•NFT usage, as well as AI training of my art, or any AI purpose, is strictly forbidden.
•Do not claim any artwork as your own - please provide credit.

COMMISSIONS - GENERAL

• Upon contact, please provide all necessary information about the commission, such as character reference, desired visible details, and pose preference.
• You may receive 3 variants - one SFW with the outfit of your choice, one NSFW, and one lingerie/tape.
• Starting 2026, a bundle of 10 additional variants will cost 100eur. They are for your personal use only.
• You may not cancel the commission in the midst of progress. Refunds are not accepted unless the commission has not begun.
• You may post my work on external websites, as long as you credit me, the artist, and its visibility redirects back to me.
• You may post my work on external websites only with watermark, unless you have purchased the art's commercial rights, but you are still obliged to include my name or socials and give me credit.
• You may post my works' variants, as long as it is credited.
• You have my permission to print or create any physical reproduction of my work, as long as it is for your personal use ONLY.
• You may not use my work for redistribution, unless discussed otherwise.
• I reserve the rights to use the artwork in portfolios, social media, patreon and promotional materials, unless stated otherwise.
• You may use my works as inspiration (poses, etc), but do not trace them.
• You are not authorized to trace over my Vtuber Models.
• You are not authorized to claim my Vtuber Model designs and adoptable designs as your own.
• I work with no deadlines unless discussed upfront - if a deadline has to be met, we will discuss it further.
• I provide WIPs each week or two - do not rush me.
• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon, including reuse of pose for personal projects.
• Commissions that do not include commercial rights or an NDA may be repurposed by me into fan art of popular characters as variants. This means the pose and body shading may be reused, but clothing, hairstyle, and details will be adjusted to fit a well-known character for additional variation rewards.
• In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was my own. I will not resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
• In the case of an adoptable, I will not reuse/resell the rights to design once the ownership has been transferred to you.
• I reserve the right to put you on a blacklist and decide to not work with you in the future if you:
-Appear to be harassing
-Ghost me when our respective month of commission comes
-Break any of the TOS

COMMERCIAL USAGE

• Commissioned work is for non profit personal use only unless stated otherwise. If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission will be agreed upon upfront.
• The price increase is 50% of the original price in case of commercial rights.
• The following cases are considered commercial use:
-Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, merch, etc).

NDA

• If you wish for the art to be private, it must be stated before the commission begins.
• I reserve the right to charge a fee for secrecy.
• Once NDA has been agreed upon, I am not allowed to share wips of the commission, neither post it on my social media or any other platforms.
• The commission is strictly between us.
• NDA is important if you are a soon-to-be Vtuber and want to keep your debut private for the time being before announcement.

QUEUE

• I have a queue of multiple commissions - some happen in the same month of yours. Do not rush our commission, as there's also other clients waiting. You will get WIPs and everything accordingly when the time comes.
• If you need to meet a deadline, it should be mentioned beforehand. I can not squeeze you into a queue, unless my work-month makes it possible for me to make an exception.
• If you have a strict deadline in mind and want to work with me only, with the desire to be ''squeezed in'' an additional fee might be charged.
• If you did not warn me about a deadline and tell me too late about it, it is not my responsability to bear. Each deadline should be discussed when placing the order.
• No harassement over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of how much time has passed.
• Most commissions get completed within a 1-2 months period. If any issue comes up from my side, you reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
• I work on commissions depending on which piece I'm the most inspired with.

PAYEMENT PROCESS

• I accept euro as payement - you're responsible for making the conversion.
• I accept Paypal only.
• 100% of the price must be made upfront after the sketch has been agreed upon.
• If payement is not made within 48h after the sketch, the commission will be canceled.

Anime Art Commissions

❖Full body: 350-400€ (depending on complexity)
❖Additional character (Full body): +150€
❖NDA/Secrecy: 200€
❖Commercial rights: 35% of the base price🎔

Semi-Realistic Art Commissions

❖Full body: 650€
❖Additional character (Full body): +350€
❖NDA/Secrecy: 300€
❖Commercial rights: 35% of the base price🎔

Art Animated Commissions

❖Animated NSFW: 250€
❖Animated SFW: 300€
❖Animated NSFW & SFW: 550€
❖Additional details/complex outfit (if SFW requested): +100-300€
❖NDA/Secrecy: 100€

LIVE2D MODEL PRICE LIST

❖ 2500€ for model + cuts + commercial rights❖ +700€ for full base nude model (great for future outfits and redesigns)
❖ +1000€ fo each additional outfit depending on the complexity
❖ +300€ for each hairstyle
❖ +100€ for 10 expressions
❖ +100€ for each arm toggle (each outfit arm counts as new arm toggle)
❖ +200€ for pet toggle
❖ +100 to 300€ for general toggle depending on the complexity
❖ +100€ Character/outfit design
❖ +600€ for NDA

I will be providing my services until the rigging is complete and the model is ready to go.
Any major changes might be charged.
Base price already includes commercial rights.
